Record Packaging offer a range of packaging solutions for the printing and direct mail industry.
Shrinkwrapping is the smart, cost effective way of packing print and offers see-through, clean packaging to impress your customers. Shrink film is also more cost effective than conventional packaging, involving less labour time and material cost. From manual machines such as the Replay 55, through to semi-automatics such as the 54C and the FM76A, we have machines that can wrap up to A3 size in comfort and without resorting to brown paper and tape.
Higher volumes can be catered for with the Minipack Media, ideal for wrapping brochures, magazines, books, videos etc or the higher speed Sealmatic 56 which can wrap 2000 pieces an hour. Higher speeds still can be achieved with the Record Scorpion flowrapper which can wrap prromotional literature, telephone cards, card mailing packs and the like at up to 160 packs per minute.
Finally we also offer a number of opportunities for low cost mailing facilities. The Mailbag is the ideal machine to wrap newspapers, catalogues, instruction manuals and the like. The Autobag turns the Mailbag into an automatic line and the Continua provides a fully automatic packing machine, ideal for brochures, magazines, books, CD boxes, videos etc.
