A fully automatic L-sealer, which provides an all, round seal. Packs single packages or products in a group in a wide range of films. The machine is equipped with new safety devices. Also available in a full stainless steel version. Has a sealing area of 420 X 600 X 160mm and will wrap up to 35 packs per minute.

Continua
The Continua is a completely automatic horizontal packaging machine, extremely compact and with an innovative sealing system (with worldwide patent). Products guided within side guides are driven into a forming box, while the central sealing is carried out by a heated wheel. The film runs on a loose conveyor belt driven by two pliers that, through an alternate movement, seal and cut the film transversely. Bags are then ejected through an opening at the end of the machine. The Continua is not just a mailing machine. It can be coupled with a shrink tunnel and fitted with an electrostatic sealing device for better looking central sealing. A variety of products, subject to size, can be packed: CDs, videotapes, boxes, table-cloths, frames, folders, books, gadgets, video games, notebooks, wallets, prints, linen, and gifts.

Unika 35
We are delighted to announce the Unika , a new-patented automatic L-sealer, using centre folded film, which is simple to use, offers variable and unlimited bag length controlled by sensors, at a highly competitive price.
The innovative patent covers the two independent sealing blades, which reduce sealing time and allow unlimited length products using just a single blade several times. The system can be integrated with in-feed pusher conveyors, which can in turn be equipped with CD or magazine feeders.

From now on, the size of the products is no more a limit thanks to Unika 50. Products of big and small dimensions and, most of all, of an unlimited length could be packed thanks to the exclusive independent sealing bar system, which overcomes the now old concept of unique L-loom.
