Unique new stainless steel vertical form fill and seal machine, incorporating new levels of technology at an attractive price. Manufactured in AISI 316 stainless steel and available in servo motor and pneumatic versions, the new Ecospeedy is easy to use and maintain. Longer shelf life is available through a revolutionary gas flush system.
Ecospeedy offers a unique vacuum system, which allows you to pack product in one of three controlled atmosphere packs ie, gas flush alone, vacuum alone, or vacuum and gas together. The latter guarantees zero residual oxygen levels (not achievable with gas flush alone), with significant shelf life benefits. Flat bottom packs are also available with four edge seal packs on the 4.5 BIG model.
Controlled by simple to operate plc software, keeping mechanical adjustment to a minimum and preventing expensive downtime.
Vertical Form Fill and Seal Machine
The new ’adjustable version of the Ecospeedy vertical form fill and seal machine, has the facility to operate at an incline to safeguard fragile and delicate products. When used upright full speed can be maintained but when fragile product is introduced, the machine can quickly be converted to an inclined position which slows product drop as appropriate and dramatically reduces product damage percentages.vertical form fill seal
Vertical pitch can be adjusted by the operator using a manual selector switch or as an option multi positions can be controlled from a PLC control, with a servo motor altering the machine as required.
The vertical form fill and seal machine is available in two formats, the 3.5 for bags of up to 350 mm in length and a film width of 680 mm; the larger 4.5 BIG can produce bags of up to 450 mm length with 830 mm max film width.
