The semi-automatic mono block design allows the product to be transferred directly from the out feed of the sealer onto the shrink tunnel mesh belt which creates a smooth transfer for unsupported collations and in turn, increases production output. The system incorporates top and bottom powered film feed drives and a product pusher. This allows the operator to collate the next pack whilst the machinery completes the packaging process. The machines support base board, trayed and unsupported product handling.
The fully automatic range again a mono block design with both inline and side feed option available giving total flexibility.With product detection incorporated within the infeed often no adjustment is needed for varying product lengths.
